Weight Loss Fitness
The exercise plan has been designed especially to complement the weight loss nutritional program. Designed by Zoe, her Olympic fitness coach and together with her Olympic nutritionist – each and every session is detailed week by week around the nutritional weight loss plan to gain maximum benefit.
During the “kicker” phase (4 weeks) the intensity is higher and aimed at weight loss while during the “maintainer” phase (6 weeks and ongoing after reaching desired weight) the intensity is hugely reduced as the plan is aimed at being sustainable to everyone yet ensuring you lead a healthy and active lifestyle.
One of the major features of this program is that you can do it in a gym or you can do it at home, we have adapted the exercises to fit in with your routine and where you are most comfortable.
